The "Stainless Steel Crush Tubes" are a performance upgrade for the very thin OEM alignment tube that crush on installation which gives them there "slang" name.
The OEM design holds the lower arm into position until the retaining bolt is tightened, where this tension holds the lower arms in position. But very commonly the arms become dislocated from potholes, hard suspension, age resulting in a common knocking sound. The purpose of these is the share the load of this point to both tension, but also on the bolt itself very much like traditional designs, and how the WRC Cars were designed.
Made from 316l Marine Grade Stainless Steel so will not rust or corrode. And come with a lifetime warranty against product defect or failure.
